Prohibited Content
Clients may not host or distribute:
- Malware
- Viruses
- Ransomware
- Phishing pages
- Scam websites
- Fake login pages
- Illegal software
- Pirated content
- Copyright-infringing material
- Child exploitation material
- Terrorist content
- Illegal gambling where prohibited by law
- Content violating applicable laws
Spam
The following are prohibited:
- Bulk unsolicited email
- Spam campaigns
- Email bombing
- Open mail relays
- Purchased mailing lists
Resource Abuse
Clients may not:
- overload server resources
- intentionally consume excessive CPU
- abuse RAM usage
- create denial-of-service attacks
- mine cryptocurrency
- perform unauthorized stress testing
Illegal Activities
Hosting services may not be used for:
- fraud
- identity theft
- money laundering
- hacking
- credential theft
- illegal file distribution
Security
Clients shall not:
- attempt unauthorized access
- scan networks without permission
- exploit vulnerabilities
- bypass security controls
Adult Content
Adult content is permitted only where lawful and provided it does not violate any applicable laws.
RocketHost reserves the right to refuse hosting where reputational or legal risks exist.
Copyright
Clients are solely responsible for ensuring that all hosted content complies with copyright laws.
Suspension
RocketHost may suspend services immediately if activity threatens:
- server stability
- network integrity
- customer security
- legal compliance
